Mission
We enable you to leverage success through the discovery of your inner strengths, your gifts and your emotions and by applying emotional intelligence to these.
We are an “emotional intelligence plus” ministry.
We provide head and mind space reflective learning programmes and resources, that helps you to discover your talent, strengths and gifts and how to leverage these using your emotions and emotional intelligence, particularly in the marketplace and in ministry.
Our programmes are designed to support sound life and career decisions. To achieve our mission, we use a range of creative resources include my strength journal, my personal career map, my skills planner, my strength cards, my values cards and my personal career letter. We also use materials and training resources from The John Maxwell Leadership Academy, Strengthscope and MBTI

Our Partners
We partner with the John Maxwell team. We are an accredited member of his team and are licensed to deliver a range of John Maxwell leadership courses.
We are registered with OPP and are accredited in the MBTI psychometric instrument. OPP is part of CPP - the Myers-Briggs® Company and one of Europe’s largest business psychology providers.
