The strength factory is a strength and character formation development programme designed to support children and young people to identify natural strengths, make sound career decisions, and develop sound character traits for actualizing their future dreams.
We use a range of creative resources include my strength journal, my personal career map, my skills planner, my strength cards, my values cards and my personal career letter. We also use materials and training resources from The John Maxwell Leadership Academy.
We believe:
- Every child and young person will give their best and can do excellently well when using their natural gifts and strengths.
- Character formation is the bedrock for a successful life; and, developing character early in life, gives leverage for success.
- Every child and young person should be exposed to leadership and influencing traits and should be trained to channel their attitudes and behaviors to reflect these.

- Influencing and leadership programme
