We runs a range of free and discounted workshops for parents, aspiring and inclusive leaders. We also work directly with young people.
We have developed our own model for learning known as the Emotional intelligence Plus- head and mind space.
We run head and mind labs on inner strength, gifts, emotions, to support you to discover your child’s strength, and to develop your child’s values based, leadership skills and emotional intelligence.
Our programmes will reveal to you how to help:
- your child identify their talents, strengths, and gifts and how to use emotions and emotional intelligence to leverage this for success.
- your child build self-confidence by discerning and affirming their inner voice ( the Holy Spirit).
- your child set and achieve measurable and achievable goals.
In addition we run direct learning sets and coaching programmes for children and young people in strength discovery, values building, emotional intelligence, goal setting and leadership.
Aspiring Executive and Inclusive Leaders:
We run a free monthly reflective lab/workshop for aspiring executive and inclusive leaders where we create the head and mind space to reflect, to learn and unlearn using a range of John Maxwell’s books and emotional intelligence plus resources.
As a church leader, we deliver collaborative learning sets to train your leaders and workers to sign up to a growth
and change mindset in the church setting and in the market place. We coach with 6 John Maxwell books.
