We run an intensive programme for coaches and leaders on how to coach and mentor using Emotional Intelligence tools. We work through  a fluid coaching style,  the emotional intelligence plus model,  MBTI,  reflective practice,  and effective internal conversational models As part of this programme, delegates will undertake the MBTI personality type
